Who am I? I am an entrepreneur at heart who has built and sold two very successful businesses which are still going concerns today. More recently, I have created a new type of real estate company which has been named Cashmere & Associates Realty Inc. After more than 20 years of corporate sales and marketing experience, my first experience in Florida real estate was as a Relocation Director for J Poole Associates Realty Inc.. While with J Poole I played an integral role in expanding their international relocation service offerings. Beyond my professional relocation experience, I have gained firsthand experience through my personal relocation to 3 different regions of the United States with my wife and family. Because of my past experience I have learned to make each relocation seem less which helps to minimize any level of stress that may arise during a very stressful event.
After a year and a half as Relocation Director I obtained my real estate license and became a real estate agent for J Poole. I specialized in assisting relocating domestic and international clients, with their residential and commercial real estate needs. However, I am always happy to assist anyone who needs a real estate agent with strong sales and marketing skills, and knows the Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach markets.
I am also a strong believer in obtaining the most up-to-date education and professional training. Prior to forming Cashmere & Associates Realty Inc., I completed my broker´s education and became a licensed real estate broker. I have since received the following designations, Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and a Email Marketing Professional (e-PRO). I will also be completing my CCIM a commercial real estate designation next year. Less than 1% of the Florida real estate professionals have this level of education, however, I have always believed that knowledge is power. I encourage all my agents to also seek continuing education so they may provide the best service to their clients
I am a member of the following real estate organizations Miami-Dade realtors association, Greater Miami and Beaches realtors association, Fort Lauderdale´s realtors Association, Palm Beach counties realtors association, Tavernier´s realtors association, Florida association of realtors and National association of realtors.
I am also very involved in the business community, where I am currently a trustee with the Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale and Greater Miami Chambers of Commerce. Within these chambers I sit on a number of committees which are vital to South Florida´s economic and community development. I believe continuing my professional real estate education and involvement in the community provides better knowledge, information and service to my clients.
